About

From the App Store Source
Calories in. Calories out. Nothing else. ReapWell turns the data already in Apple Health into one number you can act on: today's calorie deficit. It reads the calories you burn from your Apple Watch and workouts, and the calories and macros your food tracker already logs to Apple Health, then shows the difference. No account. No ads. No subscription. One price, and nothing leaves your device. HOW IT WORKS • Calories out = your resting burn plus the active energy your Apple Watch records • Calories in = what your nutrition app writes to Apple Health, with protein, carbs, and fat • The difference is your deficit, shown on a ring that fills as you eat through your day YOUR BASELINE, FROM YOUR OWN DATA • Height, weight, age, and sex pre-fill from Apple Health • Your activity level is suggested from your last four weeks of workouts • Resting burn uses the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, or switch to Apple Health's resting energy A GOAL THAT'S YOURS • Set any daily target from a 500 kcal surplus to a 1,000 kcal deficit • Suggestions from gentle to aggressive, with the expected weekly pace • A clear note when a target pushes intake too low SEE IT EVERYWHERE • Today: deficit, calories in and out, macros, and today's workouts • Trends: seven days of net calories with a weekly estimate of weight change • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for your balance and calories left to eat • Apple Watch app and watch-face complication PRIVATE BY DESIGN ReapWell only reads from Apple Health and never writes to it. There is no server, no login, and no analytics. Your profile stays on your iPhone, and your health data stays in Apple Health. Works with any nutrition app that syncs to Apple Health. Requires iOS 18 or later. Apple Watch optional. Calorie and weight-change figures are estimates. ReapWell is not a medical device. Talk to a doctor or dietitian before changing your diet.
