Tide Pass is the customer app for businesses that run on RentalTide: paddle and boat rentals, tours, wellness studios, clubs and more. Sign in with the email or mobile number you booked with. There is no password: we send you a 6-digit code. If you have booked with more than one RentalTide business, they are all in one place. YOUR BOOKINGS • Your upcoming and past bookings in one list, with what is left to do before you go • Sign your waiver before you arrive • Book again: pick the day, time, guests and extras in the app, then pay on the business's own secure checkout CHECK IN FASTER • Walk up now: at a business that offers it, check in from your phone when you arrive and pick the gear you are taking out STAY IN THE LOOP • A reminder the day before and two hours before every booking • Booking confirmations and changes as notifications • Chat with the team and get their reply as a notification MEMBERS • A member card with a QR code to show at the front desk. It changes every 30 seconds so a screenshot can't be reused, and it works without signal • Your plan, renewal date and what you have left: sessions, free days or credits • Book at member rates, and manage your plan within its rules • News from your business, only if you turn it on The app takes on your business's logo and colours.
