Driver of the bus told us to get back on the bus and demands us to get on the bus or we going to get left in Baltimore we not knowing nobody or our whereabouts and we didn’t know our bus was running a little late. We got to NC and we found out we were on the wrong bus so we call fix it bus explaining to them it wasn’t out fault and that the bus driver said we were on the right bus and threaten to leave us if we don’t get on. The fix it bus didn’t care about us not having a ride to our destination and we was stranded from our bus station in location Fayetteville NC and we had to pay extra money for another ticket for four people to get to our destination in SC for something wasn’t even our fault. We were asking for help to get on the right bus in Baltimore and the driver put us on the wrong bus.

Horrible customer service the app doesn’t help at all
Buss driver told us the ride was cancelled and we should call the customer service for refund or reschedule. The app was no helpful at all in connecting me with help. Customer service are all in different countries like Philippines and India and don’t have access to the info here and rudely handle the customers. Will never ever work with them again
