  The app is a pain to deal with everytime!

  This app is awful! My husband and I go on lots of cruises and it doesn’t remember any of my information so every time it’s a big hassle to get the information on there and keep it on there before the next thing I’m filling out messes up causing me to have to start all over again. It unnecessarily wastes so much of my time each cruise we go on. I usually dread it because I know how it’s going to be. It’s not user friendly at all. It always has me on gold status whenever I’m on emerald status, so every time I have to call them and tell them I’m not gold status. Sometimes it remembers my passport information and sometimes it doesn’t. It doesn’t remember where I was born, where I live. It won’t let me enter my credit card information so sometimes I have to call them on that too. I’ve had to call them so many times for so many issues. I could go on and on. They need to fix this is all I know! It’s getting old. SMH

  Clunky Interface, Needs Complete Redesign

  The app is not intuitive, especially for a first time user. Once you’ve gone on a few cruises with it you get accustomed to its really poor design. It doesn’t flow well, and there are so many bugs retrieving data, especially after reservation changes, linking reservations, etc you sometimes have to call support to fix this in the back end. Sometimes you simply have to delete the app and start over. Not an app I would tie to a bunch of billion dollar ships.
