The mobile application provides a unified and efficient platform to manage employee leave, attendance, loans, salary advances, payroll, and related HR operations.

Users can apply for leave, approve leave requests, view and manage attendance, submit attendance-related requests, request salary advances, and approve salary advance requests. Access to the system is strictly limited to organizations that have licensed the XENO-HRM platform. Only authorized users provisioned through the organization’s web-based XENO-HRM system are permitted to log in and use the mobile application, ensuring secure and controlled access in line with organizational policies.
