The app provides Bharat Caravan agents and sales associates to easily explore travel options, check available dates for travel, reserve the travel for prospective customers. It also provides mobile access on the go on prior travel reserved, points earned, travel commission to agents. Agent app allows for required workflow to interact with the customer for the lifecycle of the booking/ordering process.
