Blackout Files is a time-based casual puzzle game focused on precision, attention, and fast decision-making. Each round presents a classified document covered by black censorship blocks. At first, the file appears as a static preview with redacted text or obscured faces. Once the round starts, the blackout blocks detach from the document and begin moving upward across the screen. Your objective is to remove every moving block before the timer expires. A single tap destroys a block instantly with a brief visual response. Missed taps are not penalized, allowing full focus on accuracy and speed rather than punishment. To succeed, all blocks must be cleared within the allotted time. If even one block remains, the file stays classified and the round ends. Completing a round successfully unlocks a collectible illustrated caricature, expanding the in-game collection. Uncover restricted files, clear the censorship, and reveal what was hidden β one document at a time.
