About

From the App Store Source
HomePad turns your iPad into a beautiful control panel for your home. Mount it on the wall, prop it on the counter or keep it on the nightstand, then swipe between screens of the lights, scenes, thermostats, locks and cameras you use most. It works with everything you have already set up in Apple's Home app. There is nothing new to pair and no account to create: give HomePad access to your Home data and your rooms, accessories, scenes and cameras are ready to add. DESIGN EVERY SCREEN • Touch and hold to enter edit mode, then add any accessory, scene or camera from your home. • Place tiles anywhere on the grid and drag them where you want them. • Three tile sizes: small square, medium rectangle, large square. Make a thermostat big and a switch small. • Up to 20 screens, free. Give each room, floor or mood its own screen and swipe between them. • Landscape and portrait keep their own layouts. CONTROLS THAT FEEL LIKE HOME • Tap a light, outlet, switch or fan to turn it on or off. Tiles fill in when they are active, just like the Home app. • Fans spin while they are running. • Drag to set brightness, fan speed or blind position on medium and large tiles. • Thermostats show the target temperature with up and down controls and a mode switch, and tint orange or blue while heating or cooling. • Locks, garage doors and blinds show what they are doing right now. • Temperature, humidity, motion, contact and occupancy sensors show live readings. • Scenes run with a tap. • Cameras stream live on the tile. Tap for full screen, swipe down to close. MAKE IT YOURS • Analog and digital clock widgets, with centered and AM/PM options. • Eight wallpapers, or use a photo of your own. • A glass slider sets how much of the wallpaper shows through your controls, from frosted to clear. • Keep the screen awake while HomePad is open, so it works as a wall panel. • Supports Dynamic Type. PRIVATE BY DESIGN HomePad has no servers, no analytics and no account. Everything stays on your iPad and talks to your accessories through HomeKit, the same way the Home app does. HomePad requires a home set up in Apple's Home app with at least one accessory.
