ActiveTime Buddy

ActiveTime Buddy helps parents support better screen break habits for their kids who can easily lose track of time on their devices. The app uses notifications and an idea generator to encourage regular breaks that help pause, reset, and refocus. When it’s time for a break, the built-in Idea Generator offers hundreds of suggestions across several categories: • Move – quick ways to get moving • Help – simple ways to help around the house • Create – creative and imaginative prompts • Learn – curiosity-boosting mini activities • Tidy – small, manageable cleanup wins • Reset – calm moments to recharge and refocus Designed with families in mind, ActiveTime Buddy promotes balance by encouraging off screen activities and building positive habits.
