  Horrible connection issues. Loud irritable high pitch sound that cannot be powered off.

  Bought these for my work, with my employers money and was questioned why it was so expensive. I said it’s because it’s the utmost highest quality small speakers that can connect with Bluetooth. I also chose these because you can connect multiple speakers at once. But if you connect multiples, they actually connect via WiFi, which upset our IT guy a bit. I’ve had to reconnect these almost every other day and has became an annoying hassle… especially for a brand like this. These lose transmission and sound spotty at times. The worst issue is that at times it has a spasm and starts making a very irritable loud high pitch frequency sound that you can’t shut off. I had to throw it in the fridge because it was causing too much commotion in our office, which mind you is not small at all and had people from far away come and see what that noise was… it eventually shut off on its own after several minutes. I’m deeply disappointed and embarrassed with all my colleagues at work…

  Not sure how Sonos has survived. I’ve purchased many speakers over the years and to this day the app has been janky since its inception. One day it will work fine the next Sonos can’t find speakers or has some other issue. Has been an issue since the beginning. I live in Los Angeles, my network is very reliable (Sonos will lead you to believe it’s your network not their product)so I’ve eliminated that as every other streaming device in my house works fine. Upgraded my internet service over the years to keep up with streaming standards.. I would not recommend investing in the system. Once you do your hands are tied unless you dump the whole thing. I’m not alone feeling this sentiment. Friends and family all agree their systems experience the same issues. Don’t believe me, do your research. Reddit is a good place to start. BTW, there is little if any customer service through Sonos. Buyer beware
