Kiwi Coach

Kiwi Coach is your coach's app. Training, food, messages and progress live in one place, set up the way your coach built them for you.

YOUR COACH DECIDES WHAT'S INSIDE
Every coach works in their own way, so the app shows what your coaching includes. You might find, for example:
• a training program where you log sets, reps and weights
• exercise videos
• a meal plan, recipes and a shopping list
• a food diary
• cardio and running sessions
• messages with your coach
• questions to answer
• daily habits such as sleep, water or steps
• weight, measurements and progress photos

YOUR COACH SEES IT TOO
Your logs, answers and progress are visible to your coach. You don't need to send them separately, and your coach can adjust your coaching based on them.

HEALTH DATA
If you want, you can connect Kiwi to your phone's health data. Steps, sleep, resting heart rate and watch workouts then come in without manual logging. Nothing is read until you allow it.

GETTING IN
Kiwi Coach opens with an invitation from your coach. The invitation lets you set up your login and sign in. You agree on the coaching and its price with your coach. The app is free for you.

ARE YOU A COACH?
Kiwi is a coaching platform where you run your coaching in the browser, your way. Your clients use this app, and it shows your name and logo.

ACCOUNT
You can delete your login from the app settings. Coaching records stay with your coach, and you agree with them on removing those.
