Design aircraft programs, hire specialized teams, research new technologies, win contracts, manage cash flow, and guide your company from early biplanes to next-generation aircraft. Every program moves through a full development lifecycle, from concept and prototype work through flight testing, certification, production, delivery, and retirement. Version 2.1.5 makes the company feel more connected from management decisions to the world on screen. Campus activity reflects current production and staffing, while clearer production, workforce, and finance views explain the consequences of your choices. Flight Test adds adaptive, accessible controls, aircraft-specific animation, and original engine, wind, and runway audio.
