Momentous eHealth

Momentous is a secure health research application designed to support participants in completing assigned questionnaires.

Participants can sign in to view active questionnaire tasks, receive reminders, complete assigned questionnaires, and review submitted records. Reminder preferences can be managed directly inside the app.

Momentous is intended for use in research and clinical study contexts where questionnaires are assigned by authorised researchers or clinicians.
