ReciTrack Scanner is the travel-expense companion for travelling employees, field engineers, service technicians, installers, contractors and other professionals who work away from the office. Plan a trip before departure, scan each receipt when the expense occurs and finish with an organized handover.

PLAN ONCE, SCAN THROUGHOUT THE TRIP

Create a business trip with its destination, dates and customer project or order number. When the start date arrives, ReciTrack marks it as the current trip automatically. New scans are linked to that trip without repeatedly entering the same details.

Visiting multiple customers during one trip? Pro lets you connect multiple projects or order numbers. ReciTrack asks which customer the receipt belongs to instead of guessing. With one linked order, the number is filled automatically.

No trip planned? Scan a loose receipt immediately and organize it later. Receipt capture is never blocked by trip setup.

SCAN, CHECK, CONTINUE

The guided camera detects the receipt and crops away the background. On-device OCR suggests the supplier, date, total, VAT or sales tax, currency and expense category. Every suggestion remains editable before saving.

ReciTrack warns about possible duplicate receipts, keeps different currencies separate and reminds you when a planned trip starts tomorrow.

HAND OVER EXPENSES WITHOUT THE RECEIPT PILE

Export a clear CSV together with one combined PDF containing the receipt images. Pro users can export an individual trip, project or order and arrange CSV columns for their own workflow.

Basic supports up to 20 saved receipts, one trip and two project or order numbers plus Not Assigned. Pro removes these capacity limits and unlocks focused exports and custom CSV layouts.

Receipt quality and print clarity affect recognition. Scan thermal receipts promptly and always verify totals and tax before reimbursement, bookkeeping or tax use.
