Rockefeller Ticker

Rockefeller lives in your Mac's menu bar and quietly tells you what your money is doing. No dashboard. No notifications at 3am telling you Dogecoin moved 2%. No trading buttons tempting you into bad decisions. Just a small, well-behaved ticker and a pop-out card with sparklines that know when to turn green and when to turn red. Think of it as the polite cousin of every finance app you've deleted. What you get: • Live crypto from CoinGecko — no login, no API key, nothing to sign up for • Stocks from Yahoo Finance — same deal, no key needed, automatically converted to your base currency • A wide pop-out dashboard with 24-hour sparklines, each one tinted to match the day • Pick the chart range you actually care about — sparklines refetch on demand • Sparklines cached on disk so charts paint instantly when you relaunch • Independent themes for the menu bar symbol and value, so the bar looks the way you want • Read-only Sources pane with per-source disable toggles, so you can quiet a provider without losing your setup • A menu-bar-only lifestyle — no dock icon, no bouncing, no begging for attention • Native SwiftUI, sandboxed, built for macOS 14 and up • API keys (when a source needs one) stay in your Keychain. We never see them. We don't want to see them. Rockefeller is named after a man who watched his money carefully. So will you.
