Gugu Tasks

Gugu Tasks is the mobile app for field teams that work with Gugu CRM. Technicians, drivers and crews use it to see the day's work, document every job with photos and keep the office up to date in real time. Any company that runs its operations on Gugu CRM can use Gugu Tasks. Create an account in the app with your name and e-mail, and we will send you a 6-digit PIN to sign in. DISPATCH • Start and stop your dispatch for the day with one tap • See the orders and visits planned for your work location • View your position and the job location on the map, and open directions in Maps • Track elapsed and total working time ORDERS • Browse your assigned orders and open the full details • Create new orders in the field and see the ones you created • Open order documents and PDFs directly in the app TASKS • Keep a list of your tasks and see them on a calendar • Set up recurring tasks for regular work • Add comments and attach photos to any task PHOTOS • Take several photos in a row and attach them to the right order, task or visit • Pick existing photos from your library • Photos upload in the background and are kept safe until they are sent VEHICLES • Complete vehicle checks and review their history SHIFTS • See and manage your shifts WORKS WITH A WEAK SIGNAL Changes you make without a connection are saved on the device and sent automatically when you are back online. PRIVACY Location is used only while the app is open on screen, to show your position and match you to the nearest work location. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.
