The Seeker interface of CrewRoomz provides a seamless platform for flight attendants to discover, book, and manage Crashpad. Users can sign up using their work email, verify their account via email, or explore listings as a guest before registering. Once registered, seekers gain full access to premium features, ensuring secure and personalized access.
Seekers can search for available Crashpads using a geolocation API to find accommodations near their current location or in a selected city. Listings are filtered by location and date, providing curated results that match user preferences. Detailed Crashpad pages display essential information, including amenities, pricing, house rules, and distance, enabling informed booking decisions.
Booking is simple and streamlined. Users select the location and date, review the Crashpad details, and proceed with secure payment using integrated credit/debit cards or bank transfers. Subscription access ensures premium features, including detailed facility information and exclusive booking options. Upon successful payment, seekers receive immediate confirmation via in-app notifications and an automated email containing all booking details.
The platform also allows seekers to leave feedback and ratings after their stay, helping future users make informed choices while providing Listers with valuable insights to improve their offerings. Additionally, seekers can view a detailed booking history for past and upcoming reservations, ensuring easy management of their stays.
