Affiliated Renewable Energy Center Geographic Information System (ARECGIS) is a powerful mobile tool designed for collecting and managing data on renewable energy installations in the field—even in areas without internet access. Developed in partnership with the Department of Energy (DOE) of the Philippines, this app supports the national initiative to track and monitor solar, wind, hydro, and other renewable energy systems across the country.
