Outaouais Newspaper App for reading stories on your phone from our 4 papers the Bulletin D’Aylmer, West Quebec Post, Bulletin de Gatineau, Pontiac Journal, 

Apps intention and result 
Our intention is to help people feel joy by Vivre en harmonie / Living in Harmony, in order to grow our vibrant community with different heritages. Our app provides grounded stories about the concerns and interesting topics in our communities to help our customers understanding the nuances of the concerns going on in our communities to help people respond to the concerns in a manger that sparks connection, confidence and appreciation for our communities and the people living in them. 


App interactions 
Our Newspaper sources are the Bulletin D’Aylmer, and its three sister newspapers, West Quebec Post, Bulletin de Gatineau, Pontiac Journal
The app opens with a search bar at the top, for searching stories titles only with the words you type into the search field
The search results display only the result with those words in the story title.
Below the search bar is the story category title, the app opens in new stories category, the gear icon opens the menu for you to setup your preferences for story languages, newspaper sources, story categories, order the categories are displayed in, story notification for each paper and category
The preview for each story has an image, title, category, author, dated and time story published
Clicking on the story preview opens the story, at the top of the screen is a back button and a share story button 
The footer for the app has a browser story category button to help you get to a category without needed to scroll through all the new stories
Stories are removed from the app after 30 days 
For access stories older than 30 days please visit our website for the paper with the story that interests you.
