The app functions as a focused dashboard for your AI call center. On the main overview screen you can immediately see new leads, recent calls and overall AI activity, so you always have a quick health check on how your system is performing. From the calls section you can review inbound and outbound calls handled by your AI phone agents, including status, duration and campaign, which makes it easy to spot issues or patterns without opening a laptop. In the assistants section you can view the AI phone agents configured in your Kalimna account and see which ones are active and which campaigns or use cases they are attached to. The campaigns section lets you track the status of outbound calling campaigns and understand which ones are currently running, paused or completed, giving sales and marketing teams a simple way to keep an eye on performance while they are on the move. The leads section shows the leads captured by your AI agents, with the key information your team needs to prioritise callbacks and follow ups. Kalimna is designed for Arabic-speaking customers in the GCC, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Access to the Kalimna Companion app is secured with a per-account API key that you control from the web dashboard. You can revoke or rotate this key at any time. All communication between the app and Kalimna servers uses HTTPS, and the app only displays data that already exists in your Kalimna account. It does not collect advertising identifiers or use your data for cross-app ad tracking.
