  Sly, manipulative & and maddening

At first, everything was fine. I didn’t choose to buy the cloud storage but just logged into the app every so often to look and see what’s happening and that was fine. Then the ads started not too long after installing. Then I found a way to toggle off ads and that worked for maybe a year. And then earlier this year, you couldn’t toggle off ads. Not only that, but they screamed in your face and it was difficult to stop them to get into the app. It’s just too enraging to tolerate any more.

  Degraded Functionality

First couple of years, no major problems although the motion detection is very all-or-nothing. Then the video recordings would not play entirely without a cloud subscription, but you could download them to view. Now the download button is greyed out and I’m not getting any notifications despite settings.
