  Anything SAP is user unfriendly

  Concur continues to impress with poor user interfaces.. even after updating the app to the latest version, it still tells me I need to update it.. ugh. Receipts sent by email take forever to show up.. receipts uploaded in app don’t show in browser version, my user profile is last name-last name.. do I need to go on? I can: itemizing a hotel receipt creates all kinds of stupid errors, forcing u to indicate nr of nights in the total and then also on each itemized night.. why??? Ever since SAP took over, it has gone downhill. Terrible user design.

  Horrible

  App just created 200+ duplicate expenses and I can’t delete any of them. Complete mind blowing headache. Absolutely maddening. All happened when it prompted me to turn on “expense assistant”. What does it assist with you may ask? How about ruining everything. That’s what it did
