  Impossible to reset your password

  It’s impossible to reset the password on the mobile app. 2FA doesn’t generate the Text or email. A truly awful experience for something that should be so simple. Implement passkey or authentication app to make this easy.

  Not as good as Fidelity

  Overall, your app doesn’t give me much information. It’s poorly laid out, confusing, and nowhere near the level that it should be for a company of your size. All you have to do is look at Fidelity’s app. and copy it
