  Life changing

I started using calm 2 years ago for persistent insomnia. I had struggled with sleep issues for years- ever since my teens- and never learned to sleep. I thought I just couldn’t fall asleep and thus lived a constantly sleep deprived existence. After starting calm, I quickly found 7 days to better sleep, which got me thinking about my sleep differently. I started meditating during the day, using breathing techniques or sleep stories at night, and over time I did become a better- dare I say good- sleeper. My anxiety during the day decreased and I am more content than I have ever been now that I sleep better. Thanks, calm!

Tamara Levitt & Megan Reitz are the BEST

I was advised to try guided meditations if silent meditations felt too daunting of a task to attempt on my own. These two instructors ,Megan & Tamara, individually helped me (and continue to help me) on my spiritual journey of learning and developing not just my own meditation practice, but my re-discovery that I am a spiritual being having a human experience rather than a human being having a spiritual experience.
