ToneFix rewrites your messages in seconds — making them more professional, friendlier, shorter, or less harsh — without changing a single fact. Powered entirely by Apple Intelligence on your device. No account. No subscription. No messages sent to the cloud. Ever. WHY TONEFIX You know what you want to say. Getting the tone right is the hard part. ToneFix is built for the messages that matter — when an email sounds too blunt, a Slack message needs more warmth, or a work update is buried in jargon. Paste your draft, pick a tone, and get a better version in moments. 9 PURPOSE-BUILT TONE MODES • Less Rude — Soften sharpness, passive aggression, and unnecessary edge • More Confident — Drop hedging words like "just" and "maybe," sound decisive • Friendlier — Add warmth and natural conversational flow • Shorter — Cut filler and repetition without losing any facts • Clearer — Improve readability and make your ask unmistakable • More Executive — Crisp, composed, leadership-ready language • More Human — Remove robotic or AI-sounding phrasing • Remove Fluff — Strip business jargon: circling back, leverage, synergies • Slept Last Night — Fix rambling, soften intensity, clean up punctuation CHANNEL-AWARE REWRITES Tell ToneFix where your message is going and it formats accordingly: • Text — Short and conversational, max 3 sentences • Slack/Chat — Tight and direct, 1–4 sentences • Email — Full professional sentences, appropriate length • Work Update — Structured, scannable, bullets welcome • General — Match your input length, stay natural PRESETS FOR YOUR WORKFLOW Build one-tap presets that combine multiple tones with your preferred channel. Pin them to your home screen or keyboard for instant access. Examples: "Professional Email" might stack More Executive + Clearer + Remove Fluff for Email.
