minnd

It’s time to rewire your mind and replace negative thought patterns with positive ones. minnd is a Christian affirmation app designed to renew your mindset and guide you into a deeper sense of peace. Created for Christians who want to align their thoughts with God’s Word, minnd makes it easy to build a daily practice of speaking life, growing in faith, and living with greater clarity and confidence. Each affirmation session is designed to support your spiritual growth and help you move from doubt and stress into peace and purpose. With minnd, you can choose the times that work best for your affirmation sessions, making it easy to build a rhythm that fits your day. Each session begins with a mood check in, allowing you to reflect on your level of peace before your affirmation and again afterward so you can notice the difference over time. Your progress is supported through streak tracking, helping you stay encouraged as you continue your daily practice. Your affirmations are also personalised to your chosen focus areas, making each session feel relevant, intentional, and rooted in what matters most to you. At its heart, minnd is a small daily practice with a meaningful impact, helping you speak truth, think positively, and stay grounded in scripture. NOTE: A weekly or yearly subscription is required to access and use the app. TERMS: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
