Know before the board. At London St Pancras, your Eurostar departure platform appears on the station boards only when boarding opens, about 30 minutes before departure. Before the Board shows you our early platform call up to two to three hours sooner, so you'll be one of the first to get to your train: by the right escalator, at the right end of the lounge, ahead of the crowd. WHAT YOU GET • Early platform calls for Eurostar departures from St Pancras, typically 2–3 hours ahead of the official reveal • A push notification the moment your platform is called (and again if it changes) • Watch a train and get alerted about delays, cancellations and platform changes • Coach guidance: which travelator to head for, by coach number • Live departure boards for Paris Gare du Nord, Bruxelles-Midi, Amsterdam Centraal, Rotterdam Centraal and Lille Europe, with delay and cancellation status HOW IT WORKS We have built a custom prediction engine for Eurostar trains leaving St Pancras, combining multiple data sources and our own algorithms. BEFORE THE BOARD PRO Departure boards and officially confirmed platforms are free. A subscription (monthly or yearly) unlocks early platform calls and train watching with push notifications. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings at any time.
