  Buggy

This app is so buggy! Every day it changes my activity goal! But when I go to edit my activity goal to fix it, my settings are correct. If I want my goal to be 350 active calories per day, I have to set the goal to 500! I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I’ve disconnected and reconnected my ring. I’ve spent the better part of a day on a chat with support but they had no answer. This. Happens. Every. Day. Makes me wonder what else the app is getting wrong about my data.

  sleep times

any ideas as to why if I sleep outside of 10 pm and 6 am my ring doesn’t record or count those sleep times? my numbers are inaccurate I served in iraq and have had sleep issues since I recently replaced my oura 3 with an oura 5 hoping it would be better at sleep tracking, and it’s the exact same at missing data and recording sleep times
