I made this app because the birthdays I kept missing were sitting right there in my contacts all along. Birthday Reminder++ reads them for you and shows whose day it is today and who is next, so a quick glance is all it takes. There is nothing to retype and no separate list to maintain. The app reads birthdays straight from your contacts, puts today's celebrations on top, and sorts everyone else by how soon their day comes, with the age they are turning and a countdown in days. TODAY AND UPCOMING Today's birthdays get their own section, so the people who matter right now are impossible to miss. Below them, every upcoming birthday is listed in order, with the date, days left, and the age they turn. Contacts without a birth year still show up, just without the age, and search takes you straight to a name in even the longest list. A REMINDER IN THE MORNING Turn on reminders and your phone tells you at 9 in the morning who has a birthday and the age they turn. It catches the birthdays you would otherwise remember at bedtime, while there is still time to do something about them. SEND A GREETING Everyone celebrating today gets a greeting button next to their name. A tap opens a birthday text with their name already filled in, ready to send as is or make your own first. The message goes through the regular Messages app, so the contact needs a phone number. ADD AND FIX BIRTHDAYS The second tab lists the contacts that have no birthday yet. Pick a date and it is saved directly to the contact card, so every app on your phone benefits. Existing birthdays can be corrected or removed in the same place, and a tap on anyone in the birthday list opens their contact card for a quick call or edit. FACES, NOT JUST NAMES Contact photos show up next to every birthday. Contacts without a photo get their initials, the same way the Phone app does it. PRIVACY Your contacts never leave your phone.
