  Ruined by corporate greed and Ai

  One of the reasons I subscribed to Instacart many years ago was the $2 off they gave for schedule later deliveries. A few months ago that was silently removed. $2 off for a later delivery goes a long way in terms of saving costs. It was one Instacart’s biggest selling points and they took that away. Secondly, I have not been able to reach a customer service agent in MONTHS because they have all been replaced by AI. We need humans to do customer service jobs — these ROBOTS are unhelpful and will never understand how to practically assist with our inquiries . I wil not be renewing my subscription. I hate greed .

  I just love the next generation of deliveries

  I think, thank you again. When I first got my food delivery, it was quite interesting, but each time I get a new person to deliver my food, I see the service is outstandingly polite. Thank you again for having this service. It helped me so much, especially with my medical and health needs, and also allowed me to eat right and get what I like.
