Track your blood sugar in seconds. See your A1C trend at a glance. Share clean reports with your doctor — no account needed. Works with AppleHealth. Glucose is built for people who want to stay on top of their numbers without spending half their day in an app. Whether you've just been told you're prediabetic, you've been managing diabetes for years, or you're just curious about your levels — this is the simple, focused tool you've been looking for. WHAT YOU CAN LOG Blood glucose readings, with context like fasting, after meal, or bedtime Insulin doses, with timing and notes How you're feeling — because numbers without context aren't the full story Personal notes for anything else worth remembering KNOW YOUR A1C Your estimated A1C is calculated from your 90-day average glucose, the same window your doctor uses. Set a goal, watch your trend, and walk into your next appointment knowing where you stand. SHARE WITH YOUR DOCTOR Generate a clean PDF report in one tap. Filter by date range or entry type, then print or email it directly. Designed to look professional, not like a screenshot from a phone. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Two-way sync with Apple Health means your readings flow in from any compatible CGM or glucose meter — Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, and others. Everything you log here also goes back into Health, so your data stays in one place. Glucose uses Apple HealthKit to read your blood glucose data from Apple Health, including readings synced by compatible CGM apps. With your permission, Glucose can also write your glucose logs back to Apple Health. QUIET REMINDERS Schedule reminders for fasting checks, post-meal readings, or bedtime — as many or as few as you need. HOME SCREEN WIDGET See your latest reading, range, and trend without opening the app. Tap to log a new entry instantly. PRIVACY THAT MAKES SENSE No account. No signup. No data harvesting. Your readings stay on your device and in your iCloud-backed Health app — that's it. Glucose - Blood Sugar Tracker is not a medical device. Estimated A1C is for personal tracking only — always work with your healthcare provider for diagnosis and treatment decisions.
