AtomicBrowser is a utility for media developers, or anyone who needs to work with the internal structure of media files. Features: • Hex display: shows the raw bytes of the file, and the placement individual atoms or fields when selected • File structure: the internal atom structure is shown, and each individual atom and field is selectable • MDAT contents: Details within these atoms, which are normally opaque, are revealed. AtomicBrowser gathers the stbl references, from all tracks, and synthesises the MDAT content • Timeline: Shows the the MDAT contents visually. Individual chunks may be selected, revealing their data in the Hex (& structure) view • Validation panel: Shows if any issues were spotted in the file which might cause compatibility problems. • Supported file types: .mov, .m4v, .m4a
