This app helps you keep track of your combined run/walk exercise's. It's very simple, just hit the start button and combine running and walking for your selected intervals (for example walk 30 seconds run 60 seconds). Exercise for as long as you like the app will keep a track of your total run and walk times (together with steps and distance) and allow you to compare them with previous activities.
