Understand when you may have slept—even if you forgot to start a timer.
Sleep Detector notices how long the app has been away. When you return after a long interval, it creates an editable sleep estimate for review. App-away time alone is not treated as proof of sleep: low-confidence estimates always wait for your confirmation.
For more context, optionally connect Apple Health and the Apple Watch companion. Sleep stages and selected recovery signals can refine a candidate; only periods you confirm are written back to Health when sync is enabled.

BATTERY CONSCIOUS
Sleep Detector records lightweight app lifecycle timestamps instead of running a continuous background sensor session. iOS may suspend apps; the estimate is completed when Sleep Detector is reopened.
Sleep Detector supports awareness and journaling. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose sleep disorders. Results depend on available evidence and user confirmation.
