When doing keto diet i wanted to have some app that would help me follow up on my progress going from being very overweight to become healthier and have a thinner body than i used to have. This made me create this app for my own usage and here i am sharing it with the world. This app gives you insight as to how long you are doing keto, how much is your weight, bmi, body fat percentage, so you can monitor as well as update your progress as you go along in your own keto journey. This app is free to use and it connects to healthkit to get and update your data, meaning i do not store anywhere your data, all your data is being store on your phone inside the health app. At this time the app supports only metric units, in the future it will also support imperial units.
