***HOW IT WORKS***

- Wear your Apple Watch: For the most accurate Arm Rotation data, wear the watch on your bowling wrist. (For run-up speed, any wrist works!).
- Tap Start: Open the app on your watch and tap the "Start" button.
- Bowl: Perform your normal run-up and delivery. The app automatically detects the motion of your release.
- View Results: Check your wrist instantly to see your arm speed and consistency stats.
