• Talk about what you see. One spoken thought can fill five fields: conditions, ratings, measurements, dates. Your side commentary lands in the notes by itself.
• Shoot fast. Every photo is classified and filed into the right slot of the report automatically.
• Before you leave, a calm final sweep shows anything required that's still missing — so a forgotten shot never costs you a return trip. When you're done, it says so: "You're covered."
