Once approved, mall management creates a dedicated customer track that includes selected retailers. When a track goes live, each participating retailer receives a unique QR code. Customers complete the track by visiting each retailer and scanning their QR codes. After successfully completing the full track, customers earn reward points that can be redeemed for offers and discounts.
