The app connects to a physical Alcovision AI device over the same Wi-Fi network to read and process data from the hardware. When the phone is not connected to the device’s Wi-Fi network, the app cannot communicate with the device, so it shows a blank or retry screen. To test the app, please connect the testing phone to the same Wi-Fi network as the Alcovision AI device.
