Organize everything into the exact bags and cases you actually own — Pelican cases, camera bags, backpacks — each with a scannable QR label you print right from the app. Build loadout templates for the shoots you repeat: Location Headshots, Studio Corporate, Event Run-and-Gun. Before you leave, run a pack session — scan or tap each item as it goes into the bag. ShotPrep tells you what's missing before you hit the road. After packing, a departure checklist shows every bag that needs to go in the vehicle — tap each one as you load it so nothing gets left on the studio floor. Mark batteries, SD cards, tape, and gels as consumables with a quantity and reorder threshold. A "Low Stock" badge shows up when it's time to restock. When you scan a barcode, ShotPrep auto-fills the name and attaches a product image from the database. On location, scan bag labels to log check-in and check-out events as gear comes off the truck.
