Build Daily is construction management software for contractors. Price work, manage projects and service, and keep the office and field working from the same records. This app brings your Build Daily workspace to iPhone and iPad. Review an estimate, find a project document, check a service call or record work while you are on site. Project and office work • Follow leads, estimates and active projects. • Work with drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders and project files. • Review purchasing, material requests and billing through your company workspace. • Keep project conversations and work records together. Field work • Clock in, take breaks, review hours and submit timesheets. • Write daily reports with work completed, crews, delays, weather and photos. • Create punch items, add job photos and record inspections. • Complete service calls and T&M tickets with labor, materials, equipment and customer signatures. • Submit expenses and receipts, request materials and receive deliveries. Save supported files for offline use. Field forms that support offline work keep drafts on the device and show pending uploads, retries and conflicts when you reconnect. Wider iPad layouts give drawings, messages and field records more room. A Build Daily company account is required. Available modules and actions depend on your company's subscription and the permissions assigned to you.
