Instead of giving you another score to interpret, The Call helps answer the question that actually matters:

What should I do today?

The app considers your saved priority, today’s context, available recovery signals, and supported sources such as Apple Health and optional Oura context when connected. From there, it gives you a focused daily call, a simple day plan, and a clear explanation of why that recommendation won.

You can also review the evidence behind the call, including which sources were used, how fresh the data is, and where the picture may still be incomplete. If health data is limited or unavailable, The Call says so clearly instead of pretending to know more than it does.
