mmumble: Voice Typing

Voice notes for everywhere voice notes don't work.

mmumble is a voice keyboard. Tap the mic, talk like a person, and cleaned-up text shows up wherever your cursor is: Messages, Hinge, Letterboxd, Instagram, Reddit, X/Twitter, your Notes app, the search bar, the WhatsApp reply field, anywhere.

No more thumbing out a paragraph. No more re-recording a voice memo because you said "um" twice. Talk the way you talk, and mmumble handles the rest.

 Five styles. Pick how you want to sound:
  • Casual — everyday texting, contractions and all
  • Polished — clear, not corporate
  • Snappy — short and direct
  • Unhinged — chaotic, very online
  • Poetry — free verse from your voice

Curse if you want. There's a toggle for that. mmumble preserves or removes expletives. It's your call, not a content filter's.

99+ languages. English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, Tatar, Maltese — mmumble understands them all.

Works in (almost) every app. Set mmumble as a keyboard once in Settings, then swipe to it anywhere you'd normally type.

Doesn't make you sound like a clanker. The whole point. No corporate AI cadence. No "I hope this email finds you well." No em-dashes everywhere. mmumble keeps your voice.

Private by default. Audio leaves your phone only when you tap the mic, and never touches our servers in a state we can read after the request finishes. No training on your voice.
