NomadMetrics: Expense Tracker

来自 App Store 来源

NomadMetrics is a multi-currency expense and income tracker built for expats, retirees abroad, digital nomads, and travelers. Life abroad rarely fits neatly into one country, one currency, or one routine. That is why I built NomadMetrics. Log dinner in baht, a hotel in euros, a flight in dollars, rental income in your home currency, and a weekend trip abroad. NomadMetrics keeps the numbers organized without forcing your life into a rigid budgeting system designed for one place. Start with a 14-day free trial. Continue with a one-time in-app purchase. No subscription. BUILT FOR CROSS-BORDER LIFE NomadMetrics is a fast, flexible manual tracker for people who want clear numbers without handing over their financial data. No bank connections. No AI guesses about what you bought. You enter the numbers. The app keeps them organized. MULTI-CURRENCY TRACKING • Track expenses and income in multiple currencies • Use indicative exchange rates when online • Choose your home currency and display currency • Set default currencies for categories you use often • Customize currencies, categories, groups, and icons TRIPS THAT STAY SEPARATE Travel spending should not blur your everyday numbers. Create named trips for vacations, long stays, work travel, or relocation periods. Keep trip spending separate from Daily Living and see where your money went. PROJECTS FOR ONE-OFF SPENDING Some expenses deserve their own space. Track a renovation, vehicle purchase, medical bill, or other major expense separately from your monthly budget. • Create project-specific categories and an optional total budget • View spending by category as bars or a pie chart • Attach up to 3 photos to each project expense • Export a PDF report with receipt photos included DAYS BY COUNTRY AND STAY LIMITS See how many days you have spent in each country, counted from location-tagged expenses or days you add manually. Set a stay limit for any country or group, use the one-tap preset for the 29-country Schengen Area, and see days used, days remaining, and an optional visa-expiry countdown. Calculations are estimates based on the days you tracked in the app. EXPENSES AND INCOME TOGETHER Track pension income, rental income, dividends, salary, transfers, freelance income, or custom income types. Choose which income counts toward your spending budget and which stays tracking-only. PHOTOS AND PLACES • Attach receipts or photos to expenses • Save a nearby place, search by name, or use your current location • Filter expenses to show entries with photos A DASHBOARD YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN NomadMetrics gives you more than a transaction list. • Customize and reorder metric cards • Track spending pace, savings rate, budget remaining, top categories, biggest expenses, income, and more • View spending by day, week, month, or year • Use charts, category breakdowns, calendar heatmaps, and cash-flow views • Search transactions, notes, categories, and locations You decide which numbers matter. REPORTS, EXPORTS, AND BACKUPS • Generate reports by trip or time period • Export data to CSV • Import CSV files by mapping columns • Create and restore JSON backups • Use recurring transactions for fixed costs and repeat income PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN Your financial data is stored locally on your device. • No account required • No cloud sync • No bank connection • No ads • No analytics tracking Online services are used only for exchange rates and map/location tools. WHY I BUILT IT After retiring and moving to Thailand, I got tired of expense trackers that did not fit how my wife and I live. We spend in different currencies, travel often, separate trips from daily life, and care more about clear numbers than gimmicks. So I built the tracker I wanted: fast entry, flexible categories, serious dashboard depth, privacy-first storage, and no unnecessary noise. If your financial life refuses to stay in one currency, NomadMetrics was built for you.
