Your guests ask. Inventary answers. Inventary turns your home into a searchable inventory – so your guests find everything themselves, without asking. SET UP IN MINUTES – WITH AI Already have a guest guide? Import it and let the AI do the work: it automatically recognizes areas, information, places and addresses and fills in your digital guide. No more manual typing. YOUR PROPERTY, CLEARLY STRUCTURED Organize your property into areas – from the kitchen to the garage. As many levels as you like, nested as deep as you need. EFFORTLESS INVENTORY Tag devices and items with a few photos. Add the tags yourself – or automatically with AI object recognition in the Pro version. MADE FOR YOUR GUESTS Guests open a personal access via QR code and instantly find what they need: "Where's the hairdryer?", "Is there a corkscrew?" A smart full-text search understands natural language and returns the answer with photo and location. DEVICES & MANUALS Add appliances like the washing machine or coffee maker, attach the manual as a link or PDF, and assign each device to a room. Guests find the instructions exactly where the device is – PDFs open right in the app. LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS Share your favorite restaurants, cafés and bars, day trips, waste disposal and more – with categories, contact details, opening hours (including an "Open now" filter) and menus. REPORT DAMAGE, STAY IN TOUCH Guests can report damage directly in the app – with photos, PDFs and severity. You handle everything in a shared, automatically translated message thread, with status filters, email notifications and PDF export. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT CHECKLISTS Create checklists for arrival, departure and more. Guests tick off each item in the app and confirm completion – you always see the progress and get notified by email.
