Silo Scribe is an on-device documentation workspace for clinicians and therapists. Record a session, review its local transcript, and turn it into a structured SOAP, DAP, BIRP, or intake draft on your Mac. YOUR WORDING, REUSABLE * Create private dot phrases from wording you author and insert one into the exact note section you choose. * Build custom note structures with your own headings and optional starter text. Applying one is an explicit, confirmed replacement of the current unverified draft. * Reusable note tools are encrypted locally and are never sent to the note model. REVIEW BEFORE USE * Edit transcript lines, speaker labels, and every note section. * Notes remain unverified drafts until you explicitly mark them verified. Editing a verified note returns it to draft. * Export work as PDF, Markdown, or plain text with provenance that clearly states whether you verified it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN * No cloud processing, account, analytics, or telemetry. Clinical content never leaves the Mac. * Apple Speech handles on-device transcription. The optional Gemma 4 E2B model runs locally through MLX after a consent-gated model download; an honest extractive draft remains available without it. * Note bodies and reusable note tools use AES-GCM encryption. Transcript text remains inside the sandbox in a local SQLite/FTS index so search and cited recall work offline.
