ShiftOps Manager

ShiftOps is a mobile restaurant operations accountability app built for daily shift execution.

Owners and GMs can monitor store readiness, Morning and Night Store Health, critical missed tasks, open incidents, handoff status, assigned manager tasks, drive-thru timer entries, and weekly manager accountability.

Managers can complete daily checklist tasks, Store Health checks, assigned tasks, incidents, handoff notes, shift sign-offs, and speed-of-service timer entries. Every action is tied to the manager, date, shift, and accountability reporting.

Version 1 focuses on restaurant operations, not scheduling, payroll, inventory, POS, or equipment repair tracking.
