Endpoint Change Brief Desk is a paid, local-first Mac utility for manually preparing API endpoint change briefs before a release, migration, version bump, response-shape change, or client compatibility review. Build 2 adds a distinct Endpoint Impact Matrix and copyable Endpoint Diff Receipt workflow. Each endpoint change now calculates an impact level from consumer count, risk, and state; writes a contract diff note; assigns a rollout gate; and exports those fields in CSV. The first screen shows high-impact counts, ready gates, consumer totals, and a copy button for the endpoint diff receipt. Use Endpoint Change Brief Desk to: - Keep endpoint cards with route, method, change type, owner, known consumer count, risk, and state - Record consumer impact, backward-compatibility notes, fallback plans, validation proof, and next release action - Build an endpoint impact matrix before a go/no-go call or release checkpoint - Copy an endpoint diff receipt for product, engineering, support, QA, release, or incident notes - Export a CSV snapshot with impact level, contract diff, rollout gate, compatibility, fallback, and validation proof Endpoint Change Brief Desk is intentionally manual and user-controlled. It does not connect to repositories, import tickets, read calendars, monitor deployments, call APIs, scan networks, run tests, generate AI analysis, use Accessibility permissions, synthesize input, or upload data to a developer server.
