Type any chord — Cmaj7, F#m7b5, a slash chord like G/B — and FretNinja lights up a playable voicing on a real fretboard, with the ghost map glowing behind it: every tone that chord owns, anywhere on the neck. Flip through dozens of voicings, hear each one strummed or arpeggiated, and see notes, degrees, or fingerings at a glance. Build a progression and FretNinja finds voicings that move as little as possible from chord to chord — see exactly which fingers hold and which move. Tap a shape you found on your own guitar into the Identify view and FretNinja tells you what you're playing. Works with alternate tunings, left-handed mode, and 7-string guitars. Everything runs on your device: no account, no network, nothing collected.
