Estimate an ingredient when a kitchen scale is not at hand. Bilancia calculates the inner volume of a regularly shaped container and applies its average density to provide an approximate quantity in grams or milliliters.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose sugar, flour, liquid, or enter a custom density.
2. Select a cylindrical, square, or rectangular container.
3. Match the outer width directly on the iPhone screen, or enter the dimensions manually.
4. Mark the fill level.
5. Read the estimated amount and its uncertainty range.

IMPORTANT
Bilancia does not weigh objects and does not turn the iPhone into a physical scale. Every result is an empirical approximation based on container geometry and average density. Verify important quantities with a real kitchen scale, especially for recipes that require precision.
